As all candles are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each candle is handcrafted specifically for you based on your selections and preferences. 

Important Notes:  All sales of custom candles are final Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. We take great care to ensure each candle meets our quality standards before shipping.
